My name is Juana Beede and I have lived in Bend for the past 17 years. I was born in the Amazons of Peru and came to the United States at the age of 9. I have lived in Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Oklahoma and California. Not one of these places compare to the lifestyle we have in beautiful Bend, Oregon.
I married my amazing husband, Jeremy, in 2006 and we have three beautiful children: Madison, Dylan and Isabella. Raising our family in Central Oregon is something we always dreamed of. We recently built our home, where I acted as the general contractor and interior designer. It was an honor to employ several past real estate clients as our subcontractors!
Aside from being with my kids, community involvement is where I find joy. I am an active church member, homeschool mom, volleyball coach for my daughters team and blood donor. I love giving back...one of the many reasons I chose to partner with EXIT Realty Corp is our contribution to Habitat for Humanity. We donate a percentage of every transaction to this charity and have pledged over $7 million!
Before I stumbled into Real Estate, I was a top performing executive with US Bank and Sterling Savings Bank. After having my first baby, I wanted to have more freedom and flexibility in my days to spend more time with my family.
I became a licensed Real Estate agent in 2007. I am faithful to the mission behind EXIT Realty and have been a proud partner Since 2007. I have received several awards; Top agent, Several Bronze awards and Real Estate Agent of the year with EXIT Realty Bend for numerous years. Bend is a competitive market but I remain one of the highest producing agents across Central Oregon and the State of Oregon. Problem solving, cultivating a friendship with clients and finding out what their dreams and goals are is what keeps me going. Referrals and my client testimonials are such a reward...they motivate me to continue doing this work!
As of July 1, 2021, I became the new owner and Principal Broker at EXIT Realty Bend. I look forward to building an even more amazing team while strengthening my relationships with the incredible group of agents I’ve been honored to work with thus far. "Bought a Single Family home in 2016 in Redmond, OR. Working with Juana has been amazing!!! Over a few days we looked at probably at least a dozen homes, the last one we looked at had just came on the market the day before and it was the last home of the day that we looked at on day 2 of viewing property. I knew it was the one, perfect location, great interior colors, excelent layout of the rooms and we signed the offer right away. It was such a popular property we found ourself in a multiple offer situation and I become worried. However Juanna encouraged that I write a letter introducing myself to the sellers and why I'm so interested in their home which accompanied with the fact the sellers were also working with the same lender so they entertained my offer first and into escrow we went!!! I highly recomend Juana's knowlede and negotiating skills, plus she is a lot of fun to work with too!"

"Bought a Single Family home in 2017 in La pine, OR. We met Juana at an open house when we weren’t actually ready to buy yet. She was so very helpful and friendly that when we did decide to start seriously looking for a house in La Pine, there was no doubt who we would call. Due to our time constraints, Juana took us on a whirlwind tour of fifteen houses in two days. She was very knowledgeable about the area and neightborhoods. We found and bought our home in those two days and Juana completed our offer paperwork at 7:00 p.m. and even let our dog join us in the office! Our new home closed in 30 days and even though we were out-of-state, Juana kept us notified of all the inspections and other details so we felt completely comfortable with the entire process. Juana helped us sell our home for an amount that we never even dreamed was possible. She also helped our family get into a new home, in fact, our dream home. It did not come easy though, our new home turned into a tough situation due to the seller having a personal issue, that they were going through.
